Originally from the former Soviet Union, I embarked on a journey that took me across three different countries and nine states within the United States. Having explored diverse cultures and environments worldwide, returning to Florida felt like coming full circle for me and my family. My husband, Walt, and I are proud parents to two children, along with our beloved dog Sparky and cat Jack Frost. St. Johns County holds a special place in our hearts, and we cherish being part of this vibrant community.

My academic journey led me to pursue a BA in Management from Radford University in Radford, VA, followed by a Master’s in Marketing from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. Throughout my corporate career, predominantly in the mortgage industry, I garnered recognition for Best in Class Customer Service and consistent Circle of Excellence awards for production.

With a solid foundation in mortgages, I transitioned my passion to the real estate market, staying abreast of current trends and innovations. I have been honored to rank among the Top 2% of Residential Real Estate Agents in Jacksonville every year from 2020 through 2024. My performance has earned me the Gold Pinnacle Award ($10M+ in sales) in 2021, as well as multiple Silver Pinnacle Awards ($5–$10M in sales) in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024. I am also a multi-time Agent of the Month and Listing Agent of the Month recipient, and I have sold over $50 million in real estate to date.

In addition to my market expertise, I am fluent in Russian, which allows me to better serve international clients and those in our local community who prefer to conduct business in their native language.
